Our client is a global commercial bank who are looking for 1st or 2nd Year Analysts to join their corporate lending / leveraged finance team to focus on TMT transactions.

* Responsible for building financial models and sensitivity analysis of companies.

* Reveiwing credit commitments and agreement letters.

* Meeting with management teams of clients and financial sponsors to monitor the loans.

* MUST have completed / be currently working on an Analyst program at a major bank in Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, Credit or Capital Markets.

* Only apply if you are a Undergraduate Class of 2007 to 2008.
