The CRM team is currently looking for a Business Support Manager based in London or New York to drive initiatives with Macquarie Securities' global account management system. This role is part of the account management team responsible for providing support to our global business and will interface with the core team based in Hong Kong and Sydney. In this position, you will provide ongoing business support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including managing user access and dealing with report requests. You will identify system enhancements and process flows, perform user acceptance testing, develop and maintain system documentation and conduct training with local users.
