- Provide regulatory and compliance advisory to existing and new business initiatives in Private Bank

- Responsible for providing oversight on all regulatoryand compliance matters, with regard to financial promotions.

- Maintain awareness of regulatory change and assess the impact on relevant business activities.

- Ensure appropriate controls are in place.

- Develop highest compliance standards and arrangements by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines/policies

- Proactively assist management in identifying and containing compliance risk and report on all significant regulatory compliance

- Participate in New Product Approval process to review new product propositions

Pre-requsite

Degree in Law or Business/Accountancy degree with  4-7 years of compliance and risk experience in retail banking/private banking environment

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Possess strong inititative

Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
