Reporting to the Regional CFO, this position will lead the finance team for the Asia Pacific Services and Support organization. This position is responsible for strategic and business leadership, and chartered with providing business insight and analysis to help in business decision making. The position will also drive the accounting and decision support for the Services team across all phases of strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and business reviews. You will also be involved in providing business intelligence to improve profitability. You will also be involved in drive business performance through financial metrics and set the direction for corrective actions, as well as escalating issues to the regional leadership as necessary. In addition, you will be a key contributor of the Asia Pacific leadership team in leading cross regional financial processes and strategy planning processes.

Ideally, you are a degree qualified CPA/CA, with at least 12 years’ relevant experience in financial planning, strategic planning and business management. You have a good strategic mindset and have a proven track record of bringing innovative thinking to problem solving and business analysis. You work well in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Relevant experience in the IT industry will be highly advantageous. You will possess people management experience and possess the confidence to deal comfortably with senior leadership.
