The available position is an integral part of the Middle Office Trade & Event Supporting Unit which will strengthen the efficiencies and processing of the group to support the Front Office business line.
More specifically, this position is part of the listed team in the Arbitrage & Equity Finance group, in charge of processing buy and sell trades along with lending and borrowing trades for listed products such as Stocks, Funds, Futures or Listed Options. The main focus of this position will be to manage the ADR Arbitrage business line.
The positions will be located on the trading floor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities include:
-Lead and manage the process of insertion of trades and trade events done by the Front Office.
-Solving issues with the different parties in order to ensure that the operations will settle on time.
-Responsible for making sure the booking is correct running P&L and Risk Analysis after booking complex trades -Assisting the traders on critical points (i.e. dividends, short positions, following corporate actions, issue and expiry of products).
-Constant review of the processes linked to deal management in order to automate and secure them when possible.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required/Must have:
-Strong computer skills: Advanced Programming level Required in VBA -Knowledge of equity derivative products (i.e. actions, indexes, warrants, equity linked swaps...) -Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills -Reactive, detail-oriented, driven to work in a fast learning environment -Strong project management skills

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
Required/Must have:
-Qualifications include excellent analytical and financial skills, familiarity with the equity derivatives. Business related experience preferred, but not required.
EDUCATION
Required/Must have:
-BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or other quantitative subjects (Financial Engineering, etc) is preferred. Master's desirable.
-1 to 3 years experience in trading support of equity derivatives.
-Series 7 and 63 a plus, though not required.
