The Binary Testing manager is a member of the Threat and Vulnerability Management team with primary accountability for the identification of vulnerabilities in in-house and third party software.

Design strategy, manage processes and select technologies necessary to ensure that sufficient assessment controls are in place to detect software vulnerabilities across the Barclays estate.

Binary Testing Service –

Initiative Delivery – Identify, develop and deliver innovative methods and tools which provide the organization value by reducing risk.

General Advice and Guidance – Provide support in relation to the other Threat and Vulnerability team function as and when dictated by workloads and deadlines.

Best candidate should have prior experience of :--

- Managing a team of specialists i.e recruitment, performance dicussion and development of team.

- Recognised for ability to build capability from the ground up, and deliver to the highest standards

- Excellent understanding of security techniques and technologies including Intrusion Detection, Threat Analysis, Binary Analysis and Vulnerability Assessment.
