Working with a large section of the Financial Services team in NSW, you will be primarily responsible for sales training that will empower team members and provide them with tools and ideas for improved sales techniques. Your leadership, coaching and mentoring of sales staff through workshop training and one on one coaching will need to be exceptional.
Your Responsibilities
• One on one training and coaching of existing salespeople which will in turn enable the business to deliver revenue growth across this existing business line.
• The ability to positively influence salespeople to develop clear sales plans that address both long and short term sales goals.
• The ability to deliver consistent non intrusive sales coaching on a regular basis.
• The ability to deliver consistent and regular sales training workshops that are relevant and embraced by the sales people for their value.
Your Experience
• Proven experience within a sales leadership, management or coaching/mentoring role
• Previous experience from within a banking group with strong knowledge of banking which may be from a retail, business, corporate, broking or private banking sector
• Extremely polished presentation and communication skills
• Related industry academics will be highly regarded
