Our client is a private equity real estate fund manager with a niche interest in China retail. Stationed on site in one of their new build developments they now seek a qualieid marketing manager to join the team.

Working closely with the GM and asset manager this role will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Develop seasonal marketing plans in conjunction with Central Marketing
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure compliance with them;
• Lead the implementation of onsite promotion activities, in close liaison with the Property Management team;
• Lead onsite market research and tracking programs;
• Lead onsite and in-market press and PR initiatives;
• Manage the appointment and ongoing work of service providers.

This role requires an experienced marketing manager with in excess of 6 years retail marketing coverage. It will be based on site in Shenyang and regional coverage is advantageous. Exposure to new build centres overseeing pre launch, opening and post stabilization strategy will be looked upon favorably. Fluency in mandarin and English is essential.
