Business Analyst required to join a Finance change division working on Statutory & Regulatory business change.  This project is based around improving the intercompany reporting infrastructure and processes.    This will comprise of several projects that will run in parallel over a 3 year road map, the statutory programme will deliver all change to systems, resource, process and data required to support group and local statutory reporting as well as internal MI.  You will be repsonsible for project task planning, requirements gathering, production of functional specifications, defining accounting configuration for systems, preparing test plans and migration plans.  Experience wise you will need to be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience, be able to writie concise business and functional specifications and have a proven track record of working on large scale change initiatives within financial services.  Business wise you will need to demonstrate an understanding of statutory reporting and requirements.  Please send in your CV for a more detailed specification.
