You will work as part of a highly regarded HR function that supports Infrastructure business areas. There is a strong partnership between the business and recruitment function and you will be expected to consult and deliver at all levels. Responsibilities will include: Managing all permanent recruitment and internal transfers within the specific business areas you support; Guiding managers on providing comprehensive job and personal specifications, advice on the hiring process and salaries; Engaging suppliers by providing comprehensive briefs and managing their delivery; Ensuring best practice is adopted by all; Managing direct applicants when required; Acting innovatively to come up with ways of improving processes and working on various ad-hoc projects.
You will have end to end technology recruitment experience working in-house within a bank; Strong technical knowledge and are able to credibly consult senior stakeholders and will be capable of leading various projects.
