Responsibilites:

Coverage: North Asia and the Indian sub-continent

• Managing tax compliance status
• Tax-related technical support to both regional and local finance divisions in transfer pricing and direct and indirect taxes to enable smooth operations.
• Yearly reviews of Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance for entities in North Asia and India region.
• Review annual submission of tax computations, returns to relevant tax authorities and correspondences done by external tax agents.
• Liaising with relevant authorities on Tax Incentive matters.
• Continuous improvement of internal tax compliance and reporting processes with a view in establishing a standardized process among the various regions and business units.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Min 7 years of experience
• A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Good communications skills and independent
• Experience in international tax for either China or India
