Position summary

A superb opportunity has just become available for an Office Junior to join a busy, vibrant team within Markit. It is an extremely important role where presentation, communication and organizational skills are required.

Duties & accountabilities

Manage Xerox contracts.

Manage recycling needs.

To support both office receptions as required.

To manage tidiness of all Client meeting rooms.

Report faults to the Office Manager.

Check and distribute daily faxes.

Keep to both kitchens and stationery areas clean & tidy, stocks replenished when low.

Keep First Aid stocks and accident books current.

Adhoc jobs.

A Level’s, GNVQ or equivalent

The candidate needs to be reliable, proactive and hardworking

The candidate will need to demonstrate proven capability to clearly communicate.

The candidate needs to be personable as they will be required to work closely with other members of this team and other areas of Markit.

The candidate must be a strong multi tasker who is capably of dealing with conflicting priorities and organize tasks in order of relevance.

Communication

Good knowledge of MS Office

Good telephone manor.

Teamwork

Must be a team player as the role involves supporting and communicating with other teams within Markit.
