Controller – Greenwich, CT Private equity investment banking and trading firm seeks experienced Senior Accountant/Controller for its Greenwich, CT office.

Required:

  • 7-15 years experience in the Accounting and Finance.
  • Preferably experience in Financial Services industry.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with QuickBooks.
  • Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience performing bank reconciliations
  • Working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 4-Year Degree in Finance or Accounting

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing journal entries in QuickBooks
  • Performing Accounts Payable duties
  • Performing  bank reconciliations
  • Reconciling of general ledger accounts
  • Preparing general ledger supporting schedules
  • Analyzing Accounting issues
  • Perform general accounting duties
