JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Manager of Pricing and Securities Master File will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining and owning data integrity procedures, processes and policies that efficiently enhance data flow and integrity. This position requires quality/control assurance experience and an understanding of relational data structures. Understanding the principles of security asset information organization, indexing, classification, information management, architecture diagrams, data models, and relational databases is a must. This position will function as a data dictionary resource, which will assist with defining new data fields, writing new data rules, and determining data flows and dependencies for internal downstream applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the implementation of security master data into the proprietary lending system such as name, trade country, exchange, and price

• Manages security master data setup, monitoring, researching and ensures proper controls for data integrity purposes

• Corrects and reports applicable security master data exceptions

• Ensures the ongoing maintenance of security master files

• Manages the implementation of companywide pricing solution for internal business units and downstream applications

• Potential growth with regards to managing additional operational data and functional controls determined by senior management

SKILLS:

• Experience with more then one Security Master File application

• Experience with pricing models and pricing applications

• Experience writing controls and procedures

• Knowledge of full cycle securities lending

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in information management particularly in the security master domain. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Proven track record for implementing projects and systems for business users. Project Management experience and the ability to work with information technology as well as several internal business units. Motivated and delivery focused, supporter of industry best practice and methodologies.
