Strategists / C++ Developers sought for a young, fast growing hedge fund based in the City who are making a real impact on the HFT space.

My client is seeking to develop it’s already successful business into a market leader through the acquisition of exceptional talented in the HFT/ algo space. They currently focussing entirely on this market across multiple markets throughout Europe and have grown rapidly in a short space of time, this has allowed them the opportunity to hire a group of specialists who will constitute the future management team. The entire business is located together on one floor with no differentiation between technology, strats and traders – all ideas are shared in an open forum and everyone contributes.

Predominantly at present they are seeking Strategists (50/50 mix of business and technology) and pure low latency gurus. The technical environment is C++ Linux, and business areas encompass Equities, FX, Futures, Securities Market Making and many other areas.
