Reporting direct to the Head of Recuitment for the APAC region you will be responsible for all graduate hiring (including interns, MBAs and undergraduates) focusing mainly on Hong Kong, Singapore, India and China but across all major business groups. This role will cover the whole process working with your team to identify the key graduates coming through, to working with your global counterparts on a crucial recruitment strategy that will allow you to hire the very best from around the globe. In addition to this you will be the face of the graduate hiring in the region and be required to attend and be involved in all groups that are heavily attached to this position.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years recruitment experience, with ideally 4-6 years within Graduate Recruitment. On top of this we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a key ability to manage across the region, working with your team to implement the key campus strategy and also work with the Global Heads to ensure that your regional plans are globally aligned. Fluency in English is imperative with additional Asian language skills being regarded as advantageous.
