Sales & Revenue Focussed -This role requires you to have a Pro-Business approach to product management and be jointly accountable for Cash Mgmt revenue/costs/Investments in partnership with country teams and head of product - SEA, maintain high level of customer contact through client calls, seminars, product and concept research etc. to ensure that buyer behavior is well understood and where appropriate modifications are made to products and services.
Strategy
- To devise local strategies to respond to opportunities to grow revenues and threats identified - To lead and co-ordinate the analysis and understanding of the local market including customer needs and behavior, competitive offerings product positioning and understanding the local regulatory environment.
Products&Innovation
- To ensure that new products and services requirements are identified and either developed at a local level or championed at group level where appropriate. Ability to cultivate creativity and out of the box solutions culture within the team.
- Act as the market expert for Cash Mgmt in SEA by understanding and monitoring market and economic trends, customer needs, buyer behavior, competitor offerings etc.
- To establish, implement and continually review pricing policies and tariffs
Governance
- Responsible for ensuring that cash Product managers in-country keep the relevant Cash product programmes upto date and in accordance with product programme guidelines and timetables.
- To ensure that the efficient maintenance of the relevant country product databases
People
- To work with key stakeholders and other functions to ensure that products are rolled out and delivered in an efficient and effective manner
- Work with Country and global Product Marketing during development of marketing materials
