Business Development Manager / IFA Channel Distribution Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing the channel & distribution business opportunities, focusing mainly IFA distribution
- Market Research: Sourcing and providing timely updates on market and competitors development and activities
- Developing customer insight of target segments
- Managing sales & campaign development
- Assisting in product strategies and planning
- Working closely with other internal operations (marketing, bancassurance, underwriting, etc)
- Relevant experience on delivering change programs and implementation programs
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder of Economics, Marketing or finance-related disciplines
- 5-8 years experience in business development and client management in insurance or financial service industrIn-depth knowledge of life insurance, investment and unit trusts product as well as the distribution and promotion issues
- Familiar with financial services market and the related environmental issues and trends
- Well-versed with regulatory framework
- Independent and analytical
- Project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Innovative and creative with high degree of business awareness
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Sale background is an advantage
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
