Our client is a truly independent Family Office serving high net worth individuals mainly coming from the Nordic region. The company is based in three locations around Europe and is currently expanding the Luxembourg office. This role is ideal for you if you have already gained some experience in a Back Office of a Private Bank. Our client offers you the opportunity to continue your experience in a dynamic environment where you will gain a very broad knowledge of Back Office operations.

YOUR ROLE

As a Back Officer you will be responsible for:

• Administrating account openings.
• Processing corporate actions.
• Maintaining and updating the database.
• Reconciliation and valuation of client portfolios.
• Processing and settlements of transactions.
• Monitoring payment instructions and transferring of assets.
• Generating statements and reports as and when needed.
• Liaising with custodians on outstanding issues.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a Finance related degree combined with at least 2 years experience in a Back Office of Private Bank.
• Fluency in English. Any other European language will be an asset.
• You are accurate, pro-active and a team player.
