This is a great opportunity for an individual who harbours ambitions of becoming a Financial Director of a leading Investment firm.

Reporting to the board, your responsibilities will include:

• To lead all corporate tax strategy, planning and implementation for the firm.

• Preparing and updating the company’s forecast model for different scenarios.

• Analysing key drivers of the key income and cost lines and providing insightful analysis.

• Lead all analysis of potential company acquisitions and be able to forensically analyse detailed and complex company accounts and deliver timely and concise recommendations to the board.

Experience required:

• Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA).

• At least 7 years work experience in a senior capacity within a financial services firm. 

• Good experience of the company acquisition process from an auditing perspective.

• The ability to work with extremely complex tax structures.
