Responsibilities:
- Management of payroll outsourced vendors for the group including expatriate employees based oversea.
- Ensure payroll-related issues are compliant with statutory regulations.
- Maintain controls for banking in various currencies and countries.
- Consolidate monthly group payroll reports
- Responsible for all tax-related and employee payment issues including income tax clearance or submission (IR8A/IR21 etc), NS make up claim pay, expatriates’ tax issues etc.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a MNC payroll or preferably from payroll service bureau environment
- Strong in managing international payroll and it will be good to have experience in data migration to an Oracle based payroll system
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work under stressful situations
