Job Purpose
Responsible for performing analysis to support business on portfolio management, marketing activities and exploring business opportunities relating to Retail Banking business
Responsibilities
- Develop the propensity model to explore the business opportunity from existing customer base.
- Establish effective portfolio monitoring mechanisms to support business on portfolio & profitability management.
- Provide analysis to facilitate Marketing for product development, segmentation and pricing strategy setting.
- Conduct tracking and evaluation of marketing programs to enhance effectiveness of program and customer profitability.
- Gather market statistics to conduct competitor analysis and model the Bank’s market position.
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Business, Statistics or Information Technology
- Minimum 3- 4 years working experience in banking / financial industry, preferably in data mining and database marketing.
- Proficiency in statistical tools, database software as SAS, MS-Access.
- Analytical with excellent business and market sense.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
