The Head of Global Distributors Coordination is responsible for: Coordinating AXA IM’s efforts to build business with Global Distributors AXA IM’s rebate policy for distribution clients and managing all requests for new distribution agreements; ensure alignment and consistency of rebate proposals with policy

The Head of Global Distributors Coordination is responsible for:

• Coordinating AXA IM’s efforts to build (and maintain) business with Global Distributors
• Managing the Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) Initiative
• AXA IM’s rebate policy for distribution clients and managing all requests for new distribution agreements; ensure alignment and consistency of rebate proposals with policy
• Managing the day to day relationship with AXA IM’s distributor in Chile

Reporting to the Head of Global Distributors Coordination, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• For all meetings (internal) to review business with each Global Distributor and SRM account: prepare presentations, help with organisation, and prepare minutes of the meetings. Support follow-ups and action items. These meetings are critical to share information and exchange with senior AXA IM and franchise business teams, to deepen our understanding of clients and their needs – particularly in these difficult times
• For all Global Distributor and SRM accounts: assist Head of Coordination to follow clients’ activities and business, help the SRM teams to share knowledge, best practices, and contacts, and to continue to develop and improve Coordination and tools.
• Maintaining the related Sharepoints in order to have a common tool to share and store information related to SRM and Global Distributor accounts
• Helping manage requests to the pre-Global New Business Committee (GNBC)/GNBC for new distribution agreements and ensure that all requests are aligned with AXA IM’s Rebate Policy. Help sales and support teams to ensure a fluid process starting from the request to the signing of the distribution agreement
• Assisting with any ad hoc projects and requests

 What sort of profile are we looking for?

• Currently undertaking a Master’s degree in business/ engineering schools or university
• Previous related experience in asset management or banking is a plus
• Literate in Microsoft Office
• Good level of English is required
• Team player, good communication skills, detail-oriented, ability to work in a demanding, international environment and meet deadlines
