Annie Burton senior consultant at Badenoch & Clark Luxembourg, is currently recruiting a German Tax Officer-Fund Administration for one of her clients.

Working for an international bank, you will be dedicated to the tax management of German funds.

Your responsibilities will include:

- The set-up of the fund taxes in respect with the InvStG, the InvFG and the EU-Interest rates
- Managing the different requests from external and internal auditors, clients and auditors
- Preparing, controlling and dispatching the Tax Fund Accountings files to the related parties (auditors and tax agencies)
- Taking part to projects to improve the existing processes and tools

To apply we expect you to:

- Have a degree in tax law or investment law
- Have 5 years experience in tax with a minimum of 3 years specialized in the funds industry
- Be aware of the use of Equity derivatives and Financial innovation
- Be fluent in English and German
