JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

• Delivery of projects or small change (CCRs) on a quarterly basis for SAP Finance, encompassing:
  • Requirements gathering from the client
  • Supporting the client to produce functional specifications
  • Analysis of requirements and provision of technical advice where necessary
  • Involvement /sign off of architecture should the design require it
  • Production of technical specifications
  • Configuration of SAP FICO modules and other modules where the business requirements dictate it necessary
  • Unit & system testing of changes
  • Support for UAT
  • Provision of detailed transition documentation to the support team
  • Support of the deployment of changes
• Adhering to standard GRCB Technology Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes & documentation
• Take responsibility for implementation of changes to ensure no incidents associated with that change are raised, in accordance with the objectives of CSAG & GRCB Technology
• Communication to users and sending updates to Project  & release Managers
• Quality Assurance and the overall integrity of the changes made to the application

Work in partnership with other CSAG and GRCB Technology groups, our clients and offering a more consultative service to business units and their operating requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years SAP (FI/CO) experience to include:

-   SAP R/3 Certified Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) Consultant

• Demonstrable track record of previous work on major SAP R/3 implementations. Ideally in the Financials Services area.

• Key Expertise in:

-  SAP Process Design and Configuration

-  FI/CO Components Including: Master Data, G/L Transactions, AR & AP Transactions, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting and Reporting.

- FI/CO Integration with Projects (PS) and Materials Management (MM)

• Demonstrable experience of significant work in refining ambiguous business requirements and mapping them to SAP functionality. 

• Gathering functional requirements and mapping to SAP FI/CO functionality, performing gap analysis. Creating appropriate design documents. Contributing to all aspects of development lifecycle.
