A world leading international real estate firm are recruiting a Legal officer for their Luxembourg office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience and exposure at a group level and to assist in all aspects of the deal closures.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a strong team and assist with all legal and corporate administration aspects of the group's Luxembourg subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities will include:

*Being proactive in maintaining and improving all substance requirements for the Group in Luxembourg
*Ensuring all deadlines are met
*Assisting with all Luxembourg-related aspects of the Group's deal closures throughout Europe


Profile

The world leading profile of this company means that only candidates with an excellent proven employment history will be considered for this role.

In order to be considered you will:
*Have a law degree or company secretarial qualification
*3-4 years legal experience within real estate or trust.
*Have the ability to work within a team to meet deadlines
*Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of compliance issues and practices in Luxembourg, preferably with experience in the real estate industry
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Has the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision
*Enthusiastic and flexible
*Previous real estate fund experience would be preferable
