This major investment bank has recorded an impressive year to date and has remained one of the leading names in global investment banking.  They have regularly appeared in the top 5 firms for european corporate finance advisory and have a massive pipeline of work in the coming months.  This is especially focused on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate finance work.

They are now looking to add people at the the 2nd year Analyst level to 3rd year associate level to their European deal execution team.  This group works across all industry sectors and undertakes the technical execution of deals on behalf of clients.  The team also works on a pan European basis and hence you can expect to have significant involvement in different geographical regions.

The roles will work on all aspects of deal execution from initial due diligence, valuations, modelling, negotiation, preparing of documents, through to completion,

We are interested in people who will have a background as follows:

- investment bankers with between 2 years and 4 years M&A experience with another bank

- chartered accountants with the corporate finance advisory teams of the major accounting firms

- outstanding academics and financial modelling skills

- must be able to demostrate a significant deal sheet and transaction list
