To increase the Company’s client base and net revenue with new clients from direct and channel sales across the Northern Europe region, win new revenue streams and net new business through effective sales, business development and client service.

Job Description

  • Proactively, identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting including, cold-calling, mail shots, and other activities as defined.
  • Build strong relationships and networks with executives, users and IT within prospects and respond to and actively manage new client enquiries (including RFI/Ps, Tenders and other formal requests for information), qualifying each opportunity and maximising the potential of each.
  • Achieve target, through the active management of new business opportunities and pro-actively follow through and maintain status and contact details of all prospects.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience and validated track record in selling asset management software solutions, Front office or fund accounting or back office experience essential.
  • Ability to identify prospects and follow through to develop relationships, establish personal credibility, understand the prospects business, identify their needs and issues and provide relevant answers and solutions in an appropriate format.
  • Ability to use and analyse data to identify and communicate insights of underlying trends and or potential/future business needs, identify potential opportunities for prospects and for Linedata in the supply of added value services or new solutions.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of financial services sector generally and specific knowledge and understanding of asset management sector.
  • Degree desirable must be degree calibre and a motivated, enthusiastic self starter with a proactive approach and professional presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and personal organisation skills, able to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships and network.
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent spoken and written English, other European languages would be an advantage.
