Our client is a leading investment bank, who are now looking to add an Associate to their Financial Institutions Group based in London.  The role has come about due to an internal promotion.

The group advises banking and insurance clients on capital markets, corporate finance, M&A and strategic issues and is highly successful.

The Associate will work on strategic advisory projects for clients in equity, debt and M&A. They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows: 

-              Investment bankers with financial institutions experience

-              Corporate development professionals from financial services firms

-              Chartered accountants with financial services experience

There is some flexibility around the level of associate which they hire. Therefore, they will look at people who are 3rd year analysts at the moment, as well as people at the 3rd year associate level looking for VP in the near future.
