Job Description
- Develop the role and relationship with clients, understand client strategies and business issues, and facilitate the provision of solutions.
- Identify clients’ needs and issues and provide relevant answers and solutions in an appropriate format.
- Proactively, identify and pursue additional business opportunities through the management and building of the relationship with clients, and other activities as defined.
- Respond to and manage client enquiries (including RFI/Ps, Tenders and other formal requests for information), qualifying each opportunity and maximising the potential of each.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience and validated track record in client relationship management and selling asset management software solutions.
- Ability to develop role and relationship with clients, question effectively, listen to and understand client issues, needs and wants, strategies and business issues and facilitate the provision of solutions.
- Ability to use and analyse data to identify and communicate insights of underlying trends and or potential/future business needs, identify potential opportunities for clients and for Linedata in the supply of added value services or new solutions.
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial services sector generally and specific knowledge and understanding of asset management sector.
- Degree desirable must be degree calibre and a motivated, enthusiastic self starter with a proactive approach and professional presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and personal organisation skills, able to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships and network.
- Numerate, analytical with excellent spoken and written English, other European languages would be an advantage.
