To be Finance business partner for South Asia sub region, supporting the GM in running the business and helping him/her to achieve financial targets. In particular, this role will help the business unit managers understand and improve revenue yields and manage costs. Perform due diligence review on client incentive deals for South Asia sub region and present them to internal management for approval. Lead the finance participation in new investments and initiatives in India market.

In addition, this role will also support Senior Business Leader, Client Incentives on due diligence review of multi-country and multi-region client incentive deals.

1.Act as a financial controller/advisor to business unit GM, providing the necessary advice and guidance on financial matters (including review of monthly performance, Sarbanes-Oxley quarterly obligations, preparation of budget and tracking of A&P budget) with the objective of assisting the GM achieve his/her financial/business target. Also provide necessary guidance to ensure cost centre compliance with corporate financial guidelines and policy.

2.Review financials with GM on quarterly and/or monthly basis, analyzing leading and lagging indicators to predict and forecast future performance. Work with business managers and validate their future projections of volumes, revenues, incentives and expenses

3. Provide insight and advice to GM on areas to improve revenue yield and achieve cost savings

4.Perform due diligence review on new client incentive proposals (for South Asia markets and multi-country/multi-region deals), reviewing the deal structure and pricing and making appropriate recommendation to senior management

5.Lead the finance participation in new investments and initiatives in India market, providing expert knowledge on pricing, costing, modeling on Visa Inc. financials. Provide recommendations to senior management on approvals and next steps.

6.Support Regional Head of Finance and Senior Business Leader in any adhoc projects as assigned to meet senior management requirement

Qualifications
Professional

• Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent
• An experienced FP&A finance person who can provide decision support and performance analytics, even contribute to client deal incentive
• proposals.

Technical

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Must be technically-inclined towards the use of technology (Website publishing, Intranet, Internet, etc)
• Require in-depth knowledge of financial modeling (designing and diagnosing)
• Good presentation and inter-personal skills are necessary
