Working closely with the business you will be responsible for all Experienced Hire recruitment throughout the Asia Pacific region. You will have a team of recruiters that you will manage on a day to basis who are dotted around the region, it will be your responsibility to ensure that they are working to their full potential and that they are delivering to each of the business units. You will be involved in Regional project initiatives, however it will be down to you to manage the day to day aspects of your role with the projects at hand. There is a recruitment element to this role, and you will be required to actively hire for the more senior/sensitive level positions. You will be the face of recruitment for the business and it will be down to you to build strong working relationships with all units.
University educated, we are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 10years direct recruitment experience, with at least 2years spent within an inhouse environment. Asia Pacific experience for this role is essential and anyone who does not possess this will be immediately rejected. Overall we are looking for someone who is dynamic, forward thinking but has the ability to lead and motivate, this is a management position and it will be your responsibility if the team is not performing. Fluency in English is essential with Cantonese or Mandarin regarded as advantageous.
