Anson McCade is looking to hire enthusiastic market researcher to support the work of senior/executive consultants and headhunters. This is an exciting post for a dynamic, tenacious individual who is career minded and money driven. You will have a strong interest in banking, finance and IT possibly with a degree in a related subject. This post is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop his or her career further with a view to becoming a dedicated headhunter.

Duties will include scouring the market for the very best candidates to meet the requirements of our clients, which include major international banks and IT Consultancies, Hedge Funds and Financial Institutions, not to mention Blue Chip Companies. You will be responsible for finding and talking to a range of candidates (both in the UK and Abroad) to discover their strengths and weaknesses. You will also be required to get a feel for the future trends in the market as well as current employment situations at a range of companies.

Please be aware that your income will be heavily dependant on your performance. It is this that could transform a standard base salary into a 6 figure income. This is a role only suitable for particularly motivated personalities.

The role is London based however you will be working UK, Asian and World Wide markets.

Anson McCade is looking to expand their business.  The positions available will suit only those with ALL the following personal qualities described.

• Fluent and Clear spoken English with a high level of Cantonese or any EU Language, would be advantageous, but not essential.
• An outgoing, involving and empathetic individual who can listen as well as talk.
• Be at ease in social situations and able to create conversation in difficult circumstances.
• A sharp, inquisitive and intuitive individual with the enthusiasm to learn a great deal within a short space of time.
• A fantastic work ethic with a strong awareness of the importance of data management and due diligence.
• An excellent, clear and very well spoken telephone manner. Anson McCade's clients are exclusively major, high value corporations who expect the highest quality service and professionalism.
• You must be prepared to take a good number of knock backs. This role requires only tough individuals who understand that an exciting and well-paid career requires a great deal of work over a long period.

For those wishing to start a career in consultancy, we are looking for market researchers/resources who will assist recruitment consultants in their day-to-day business. This will potentially allow progression to a position as a head-hunter/recruitment consultant. For those already with sales experience, positions are available directly as a Junior Head-hunter.

Education/Qualification required:

Educated to degree level or graduate calibre.

Salary & benefits:

A basic salary of £16,000 - 36,000 plus associated commission structures. No threshold or ceiling on earnings with commission of up to 40%. An OTE of 50K+ in the 1st year and a 6 Figure income thereafter, plus a variety of incentive schemes.
