Exciting opportunity to join a high growth US MNC in the consumer technology industry. A newly created role exists for a Regional Channel Compliance Manager. Individuals who have strong knowledge of channnel compliance can look forward to an exciting career.

Our client is a US MNC in the consumer technology industry. They are a market leader and one of Fortune’s most admired companies. They have been experiencing very good growth despite current market conditions. Due to business growth, they are currently looking for a channel compliance professional to be part of the regional team.

This is a newly created role within the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Head of Channel Compliance in the US, this position will be responsible for the development and deployment of regulatory compliance programs in the Asia sales and distribution channel. 

You will be involved in implementing compliance policies in the region and introduce best practices. You will take a lead role in evaluating and assessing the current processes to identify compliance gaps and recommend effective remedies. You will also lead compliance investigations and support the business with follow up actions.

The successful candidates would have hands on experience with implementing regulatory compliance programs for businesses with global distribution model. He/she will demonstrate knowledge of regulations in the sales channels, and familiar with export controls and FCPA requirements. Experience in managing vendors, resellers and distributors will be advantageous. Fluency in English and Mandarin is critical for the success of the role.
