Supply Management is looking for a Junior Procurer to support the Regional Contract Manager for a duration of 5 months. The role is a maternity cover and coverage is needed from January 1st until May 31st 2010. The future incumbent will come under agency payroll.

OVERALL GOAL
• register supplier data and signed supplier contracts globally according to the orders from the Regional Contract Manager in the regions
• ensure data quality of all registered contracts according to the process (Check and balance of your own work)
• Regional Contract Managers and there support organisation are the only persons to create and change contract data in Peregrine Asset Center


Responsibilities and key tasks include:
• register and maintain contract data in Peregrine Asset Center
• overview supplier relations and contracts globally
• report to the Lead Support Regional Contract Manager COE Singapore
• train users at your location
• ensure 1st level support for sourcers in the region
• network with all Regional Contract Managers in the regions (Switzerland, Amerika, EMEA and Asia Pacific)
• enforce procedures to ensure data quality according to the process
• inform Lead Support Regional Contract Manger COE Singapore by difficulties

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
• Peregrine tool knowledge (desirable)
• able to work globally within Supply Management organization
• Contract management know how (process know how) including License Management (Software Assets) and basic finance and reporting know how
• Basic Supplier Relationsship know how
• reliable, excact and punctual working person
• able to think prozessual (from signing the non-client agreement until storage of contracts)
• Frictionless tool knowledge (desirable)
