Our client is a leading Australian Financial Services business and they are looking for a number of people with Change Management experience from Analyst to Director level:

The roles are to:

• Ensure the successful implementation of group and program changes into business lines. 
• Establish processes for ensuring changes originating from enterprise functions and large program of work are successfully deployed into front-line. 
• Ensure visibility of Group and Strategic changes across projects and businesses
• To quality assure large projects from a change management perspective
• Ensure change objectives, as identified within the framework are met

You must have the following:

• Change Management experience
• Financial services background
• Leadership and direction experience to senior level change professionals
• Experience in defining the change and assessing the environment
• Extensive stakeholder communication and engagement planning and execution
• Worked in a major change program, from concept stage to implementation
