This candidate will
Provide support for global equity and fixed income trading desks,
particularly in the areas of FIX trading, OASYS and trading
systems support. Monitor relevant systems throughout the day and
work with system vendors and internal technology group to quickly
resolve any problems. This is a business analyst/technology role
and not a path to a trader position.

Experience with some or all of the following is critical:
Order Management Systems (ex: Eze Castle)
FIX trading (setting up lines, resolving drop copy issues,
etc.)
OASYS and CTM (monitor system and make sure our trades are
being sent properly)
|Reference Data (assist with any set up issues, help to clean
|up older or inconsistent data, etc.)
Assist with system upgrades
Ability to communicate with traders at all levels and to
build close working relationships with them
Ability to train traders on new system features
Ability to calmly work on multiple issues in a stressful
environment
Minimum 3 years experience at a trading firm or trading
software firm
