Our client is a major investment bank focused onthe middle market, looking for a Managing Director for the real estate group.

The group focuses on capital raising and M&A for commercial and residential developers, commercial and retail REITs.  The firm wants a senior banker with strong relationships in the sector, ideally in multi-family and non-gaming/leisure subsectors.

The firm is well positioned for growth in the industry and has an outstanding track record of dealmaking in the sub-$3 billion range. 

Canididates should have a minimum of SVP-level, major investment banking experience.  Capital markets experience is ideal.
