Do you have 2 years company administration experience ? In this challenging role, you will administer a portfolio of entities established for the purposes of Private Equity/Real Estate partnerships and funds. Ready for a new challenge ?

 Administrator - Private Equity/Real Estate (ref 00910-08LT)

To ensure that new and existing entities are administered in accordance with local requirements, you will  :

• liaise with clients, internal departments, and  lawyers
• draft incorporation documents
• collect due diligence and KYC information
• convening board, managers and shareholders meetings for client entities as required
• liaise with clients regarding payment of expenses
• produce and check call and distribution notices to investors,
• be involved with the investment procedure for new investments
• respond to fund managers and relevant investor queries
• update company statutory records

Your profile:

• 2 years experience in the administration of Luxembourg companies
• fluent written and spoken English
• PC literate (Word and Excel)
• outstanding organisation and communication skills
