As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to work within one of Macquarie Capital Adviser's industry groups. We are looking for outstanding business analysts with up to one years experience or final year students who have the potential to make a positive contribution to the organisation. To be successful, you will:

• either have graduated in 2008 and have a years work experience or be in your final year of tertiary study in 2009 in Commerce/Law, Commerce/Engineering, Commerce (Hons), Actuarial Studies or a similar degree with excellent academic results
• possess strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
• display drive and initiative
• be a creative thinker
• exhibit strong commercial acumen, tenacity and integrity
• have high levels of energy and motivation
