As a successful Mortgage Lender, you have the necessary networks and referral base to hit the ground running and start generating business. You are a true originator and a proven sales achiever. You excel through autonomy and ownership of your role and you have the ability to quickly identify cross-sell opportunities through a range of complimentary financial products and services.

Reporting to an Area Manager of this major Financial Services player, you will be supported by a team of service and product specialists, as well as a branch network second to none. Your self-motivation, tenacity and need to perform will be quantified by a mix of written and settled loans as well as cross-sell and refinancing activities.

You will be renumerated with a respectable base salary but the main incentive of the role is the commission earnings potential and annual bonuses. To assist you in achieving this, you will be armed with a vehicle (packaged) and the necessary tools of the trade. My client is happy to discuss flexible working options such as packaging your own SOHO but that again is dependant on what you bring to the table.
