Requirements:
• Analyze business processes and issues, translating business requirements into system requirements for changes or new initiatives
• Conduct feasibility studies and in-depth impact analysis of possible strategic solutions and propose options for management consideration
• Manage the implementation of IT applications or system enhancements throughout the whole project lifecycle to achieve the agreed benefits within timeframe, scope and cost
• Take ownership of projects, sharing business knowledge with other team members as well as producing Management Reporting / Dashboard for tracking
• Coordinate with business users and IT teams to ensure that IT systems are effectively tested and successfully deployed
Represent Risk IT as a whole entity in collaborating with other Risk IT colleagues.
• A university graduate with a degree in Information Technology, business administration or related disciplines
• At least six years’ working experience, including at least three years’ hands-on experience in business analysis and project management in the financial industry
• Solid experience in managing complex business processes change across different business functions and geographical locations
• Proven track records of delivering projects successfully on time and within agreed budget
• Knowledge of Credit Risk management process and different financial products are preferable.
