QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors degree with an exceptional track record of leadership
- Prefer candidates with hands-on payroll experience (1 – 6 years); however, will consider those that have exposure to payroll (such as an Office Manager that is in charge of inputting payroll, but has an external company that processes the payroll (OR) full-charge bookkeepers; Junior Accountants who want to learn something different/focus in a different area, etc.).
- Jr level candidates must have a basic understanding of payroll processes and some knowledge of state/fed laws.
- Energetic, highly self motivated, inquisitive (will ask questions no matter what), intelligent, thick skin and a personality bent on continuous self improvement.
- Experience with ADP and/or other payroll software
- For candidates with more senior level experience that want to get away from performing hands-on payroll and focus on more strategy and management issues, please also apply. There is an upper level position coming available soon. However, please make note when submitting that you are applying for the upper level position.
Please note that due to the number of resumes and inquiries we receive, we are unable to personally respond to each resume and inquiry we receive; however, all resumes are reviewed within 5 business days.
