Our client, a global financial institution, is seeking a Head of Fixed Income Application Support for their Capital Markets business.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 7-15 years of experience in Senior Application Support roles with major Investment Banks
• A proven track record of managing teams of 5 - 10 people
• Extensive experience liasing with senior Operations/Trading Business Heads.
• Strong understanding of pricing / P&L / risk revaluations of Fixed Income products (financial products pricing and risk valuation)
• Strong financial products knowledge across the various asset classes ranging from FX, MM, Repo, FI, Credit
• Proven ability to manage a small geographically distributed team
• Good understanding of ITIL methodologies an advantage.
• Strong support experience in Murex/TOMS and/or Sophis
• Skills and working knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, scripting, Unix/Linux and wintel platforms required.
