Our client, an elite Investment Bank, is seeking a high-calibre Production Support Lead for their Cash Equities trading business.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role and offers superb career mobility and high-visibility for the right person.

The ideal candidate will possess:
 

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working in a front-office trading floor environment for a leading Investment Bank
  • Intimate knowledge of the Cash Equities Trading business  (DMA, Program Trading, Basket/Portfolio Trading, Client Connectivity, Exchange Connectivity) and associated trade life-cycle and processes
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact extensively with trading desk heads.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Technically strong in Perl / Scripting Languages, Unix / Linux, SQL / RDBMS (Sybase preferred)
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to solve problems to resolution
