RESPONSIBILITIES: A senior front office developer/tech lead possesses strong experience in pricing, analytics, coding and design. It is critical that the individual has great coordination skills and expectation management capacity to engage and meet rapid front office type of dynamic demands, while maintaining software development and architecture design discipline. Summary of responsibilities:

• Development (rapid and long-term) of trading tools for structured credit derivatives desk.
• Address any need of the trading desk which involves rapid intervention with strong technology capabilities.
• Participate in short, middle, and long-term development with the New York, London and Paris development teams including trading, PnL and risk platform.
• Collect and synthesize trading desk needs for New York, London and Paris development teams and participate in meetings to ensure needs are understood and correctly prioritized.
• Production/Support of risk reports for the trading desk located in New York / London / Paris and ensure correct software maintenance of the reporting infrastructure ? Participate in design of the new architecture in relation with our architect ? Involve / facilitate analytics and model integration ? Capability to lead other developers on dedicated projects ? Writes technical specification ? Develop and implement development and change management processes ? Team up with support team on release management ? Provides the 3rd level Support ? Use the Agile methodology (unit test, automatic testing plan, software factory, continuous build).

Business SKILLS:

Required:

• Seven-plus years of credit derivatives experience in synthetic CDOs and exotic credit derivatives ? Four-plus years of ABS activity and CDO/CLO structuration/origination ? Seven-plus years of financial product, pricing and analytics working experience in Fixed Income and Interest Rate / Credit derivatives.
• Seven-plus years of experience of integrating financial model, providing risk analysis, development on risk sensitivities for derivatives and fixed income arena

Desired/Plus: Familiar with Bloomberg, INTEX financial library

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Required: Five years of C#, .Net, SQL and XML

Desired: C++, INTEX financial library

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required: Minimum of 7 years IT development experience in Capital Market trading, middle office, analytics / quant and risk.

EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering related field

Desired: Degree in Finance or related filed a big plus
