European investment bank is looking to add an Equity Research Analyst to their European Materials team – with a Steel focus

This position is with a well renowned European investment bank that is adding a Materials Analyst to their team. We are now looking to add an equity research analyst to assist coverage of the sector with a particular focus on the Steel sector.

The role will involve the analysis of companies, markets and sectors; financial modelling and valuations; company and client visits. There is a direct career progression path that will include instant stock coverage and market visibility.

Profile:

We are interested in meeting people who will have a background of one of the following:

- sell buy side equity research analysts with a maximum of 5 years experience as a Steel analyst.

- those analysts who are highly ranked/rated in Extel, II or Starmine will be the preferred candidates for this position or experience within a top ranked team

- excellent client lists and recommendations

- excellent financial modelling skills

- great communication ability 

- All applicants must have experience in working within an investment bank
