As part of the Client Services team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to IG’s clients and to provide support to the financial dealing desk.

The Opportunity

As part of the Client Services team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to IG’s clients and to provide support to the financial dealing desk.  Your responsibilities will include responding to client queries and ensuring that they are efficiently dealt with, investigating and resolving client disputes, and performing administrative duties relating to client accounts.

The Suitable Candidate

Essentially you will be a graduate, have 6 months experience within an administrative role, and have previously worked in a role where you were required to provide good customer service. Client Services experience and experience of working within a financial services environment is desirable.

You will have an excellent and patient telephone manner, excellent verbal and written English language skills, be logical, numerate, very well organised, have sound administrative skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. You should also be self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard. The ability to cope under pressure is important, as is your flexible approach.

On average, the successful candidate will be required to work at least one late shift per week, and to occasionally work at the weekend.
