The Role:

• Technical Review of financial statements in accordance with relevant GAAP and regulatory requirements.
•  Managing financial reporting timelines and liaising with NAV teams, clients and auditors throughout the audit process.
• Manage timely responses to ad hoc queries from NAV teams and clients on technical / regulatory / industry queries.
• Project Management including staffing, managing progress, addressing questions and monitoring results of the project.
• Directly manage team, allocating work and ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritised. 

The Person:

• Big 4 background ideally.
• Hedge fund experience ideally.
• Qualified Accountant essential.
• 3-5 years post qualification experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people management skills.
• Strong time / project management skills (ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.).
• Strong attention to detail absolutely essential.
• Ability to see bigger picture, take iniative and offer solutions.

This role is initially a 6 month contract but permanent opportunities may become available.
