Business Services Manager

This medium-sized accounting firm invests heavily in the professional development of its employees and as a result has strong staff retention. Working closely alongside its clients to provide tax compliance and value added business advice, the firm has been growing steadily on a referral basis.

Currently undertaking succession planning strategies, the firm is seeking an innovative and experienced Business Services Manager with several years experience within an Australia accounting firm. Bridging the relationship between the partners and the employees, your key responsibilities will be managing work flow and servicing to the advisory needs of the firms high-end clientele. Strong IT skills are an advantage to assist with systems upgrades and trouble shooting.

As a Business Services Manager seeking a partnership move, you will have completed or keen to complete your MBA and be CA Qualified (or near completion of your CA). With experience in a medium-sized practice managing a team of up to 10 staff, you will have demonstrated supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills.
